"Leadership and Safety Commitment"

A healthy safety culture starts at the top. As a workplace leader, you must demonstrate that you and your organization take safety seriously. Strong leadership and a firm commitment to continuously improving safety performance, backed by action, are the foundations of a strong safety and operational culture.

"It's Your Safety, Don't Give It Away"

At 8:00 am Kina Hart began her first day of work in a fish processing plant.  40 minutes later her left arm was being torn from her body as she was caught in a moving conveyor belt.  This horrifying accident and her fight to survive changed her life forever.   Kina’s story is tragic, insightful, compelling and powerfully motivating.  She uses her experience to raise awareness about workplace hazards and the importance of making safe choices.
