*Non-Member rates for 10 x 10 through February 28, 2022
Inline booth: $2,000/Corner booth: $2,200
*Member rates for 10 x 10 beginning March 1, 2022
Inline booth: $1700/Corner booth: $1900
*Non-Member rates for 10 x 10 beginning March 1, 2022
Inline booth: $2,200/Corner booth: $2650
A $500 non-refundable deposit is due by December 31, 2021 to hold and confirm booth space. Full payment is due by March 31, 2022. Beginning April 1, full payment is required to book and confirm booth space.
Cancellation policy: All cancellation policies must be received in writing by emailing the Director of Education & Exhibits at firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be a 50% refund given (less the non-refundable $500 deposit) for all cancellations received by March 31. Beginning April 1 there are no refunds.
Booth Pricing includes:
- 6' black draped table, 2-side chairs, wastebasket
- Back drape and side drape (for inline/corner booths)
- 1 - standard electrical outlet
- Standard black and white booth ID sign
- Pre- and Post-registration lists
- Listing on web-site, mobile app and printed program
- 2-registrations: 1-full conference and 1-exhibit hall only
- Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
- 2-drink tickets included for Tuesday and Wednesday
*Your booth space does NOT include carpet. Carpet or another type of booth flooring is recommended but not required.
