This presentation will cover the five most common hazardous waste violations cited by regulators when auditing Generators throughout the country and in Texas. Participants will see examples of inappropriately managed wastes and suggestions on how to properly manage the generator obligations. These five common violations are areas that generators struggle with and routinely have difficulty maintaining because they don't have systems and programs in place to manage the requirements.
