Jeff Suggs works in HSE Crisis Management and is the PIO for the Kuraray America companies. His current role has him developing and managing crisis management planning and communications along with implementing new technologies for the global HSE group. In this session he'll explore topics such as expectations to internal and external stakeholders. What does the local responsible agency need from us and we need from them? And are the community needs and perception of our business during a hurricane important to them?
