A new approach to identifying and eliminating hazards and permanently blending it into our safety culture was recognized as necessary to make a step-change in Ascend Performance Material's injury performance and drive towards our Commitment to Zero. After identifying Hazard Recognition Plus (HRP) as process to help drive improvements in these skills, we embarked on a multi-phased approach to introduce and implement HRP throughout our organization. This session will share learnings from our journey towards achieving and sustaining zero injuries.
