The Corrective and Preventative Action Process often comes up in audits as a non-conformance. Action items aren't written well, managed properly, or completed on time and the documentation of the action and how the item was verified effective as required by ISO and Responsible Care is missing. This presentation will explore the CAPA process and how to improve the way action items are generated and managed to closure.
