MSGP Reissuance: PFAS in Permitting and Other Updates

This session will cover the Environmental Protection Agency's recently proposed National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) 2026 Issuance of the Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity. The proposed 2026 MSGP would, among other things, require regulated sectors to monitor permitting stormwater discharges for the 40 PFAS compounds listed in EPA Method 1633. The speakers will discuss the proposed reissuance as well as the implications for Texas and Louisiana's MSGP reissuances in the coming years.
