There is a need to equip our health and safety professionals with the knowledge and skills to recognize mental or behavioral health concerns. We will discuss how the mental and behavioral health crisis in our nation impacts a significant proportion of the population at home, school, and/or work. The process of reporting concerns and who should receive the report. And how to deal with a confrontation if one was to occur.
