ABOUT KARLEY

Karley Vinson is a Lead Consultant with Ramboll and has ten years of public and private sector experience in environmental compliance and process safety. She supports clients with Risk Management Program (RMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM) compliance, including audits, program reviews and development, enforcement responses, corporate standard development, Risk Management Plan preparation, and due-diligence reviews. Karley enjoys the problem-solving aspect of helping facilities navigate evolving regulatory requirements by developing practical strategies for compliance.

Before joining Ramboll, Karley spent eight years with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ), overseeing environmental scientists in developing, issuing, and resolving enforcement actions involving air, asbestos, and RMP regulations. She also worked as an inspector with LDEQ, conducting RMP compliance audits across a range of industrial facilities, including chemical plants, refineries, ammonia refrigeration systems, wastewater facilities, and LNG processing/extraction sites.
