ABOUT PHIL
Phil joined the Beaumont Complex as the Refining and Chemical Plant Manager in December of 2024.  He has 30 years of experience in manufacturing and head-quarters roles.  As the Complex Manager, he oversees ExxonMobil Refining and Chemicals operations and leadership ensuring Safe, Reliable and Profitable Operations. His portfolio also includes Leadership responsibility for the NRTP (Neches River Treatment Plant) operations in Beaumont.

Prior to this assignment, Phil worked as the Singapore Complex Integration Manager.  He has also held several manufacturing positions including Regional Operations Excellence Manger, Operations Manager, Process Department Head, Integrated Event Manager, Business Team Leader, and various other Second Line Supervision/Engineering roles.   

Phil received his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Orleans.  He is married with one son, three daughters and two granddaughters.
