ABOUT RYAN
Ryan is a chemical engineer with 18 years of experience at ExxonMobil, where he currently serves as Plant Manager at the Baton Rouge Polyolefins Plant. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of leadership roles across ExxonMobil’s operations, including: Application Engineer and Technical Supervisor at Baytown Olefins Plant; Reliability Engineer at Baytown Refinery; Business Team Leader at Baytown Olefins Plant; North America High-Density Polyethylene Product Manager; Global Business Planning Manager for Basic Chemicals; SSHE Manager for the Baytown Area and Process Manager at Mont Belvieu Plastics Plant.
Ryan earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology. He grew up in upstate New York and now resides with his wife Brittany, a neuroscientist and leader of a pediatric brain tumor foundation. Together, they are proud parents of three children (ages 8, 6, and 4) and enjoy playing and watching sports as a family.
