ABOUT JESSICA
Jessica is the Plant Manager at ExxonMobil's Mont Belvieu Plastics Plant, overseeing safety, reliability, and workforce at one of the world's largest polyethylene facilities. With 20 years of experience, Jessica has held various global leadership roles.
She began her career in 2005 at the ExxonMobil Chemical Plant in Baytown, Texas, progressing through technical and leadership positions. In 2014, she became the Global Planning Manager for Butyl, followed by roles as North America Polypropylene Product Manager and Global Plastics and Resins Planning Manager. In 2019, Jessica managed a global team as the Global Technology Manager for Specialty Elastomers and Butyl, relocating to Singapore. She returned to the U.S. in 2021 as the Technical Division Manager at the Baton Rouge Chemical Plant and became Plant Manager in November 2023.
Jessica, a first-generation college graduate, earned her B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University. She actively volunteers with ExxonMobil employee resource groups and serves on local community boards.
Jessica lives in Houston, Texas, with her spouse Daniel and daughters Mia and Bella. She enjoys family time, traveling, and community involvement.
