ABOUT JUSTIN
Justin is a chemical engineer by trait, with cross-functional experience in operations, digital transformation, and innovation within the chemical industry. As the Digital Transformation Lead at BASF Corporation, Justin is responsible for the adoption of AI and overall strategy to enhance operational efficiency and safety through digital transformation. From his direct experiences with large-scale digital EHS solution implementations, Justin has a keen focus on prioritizing people and processes to ensure quality change management can lead to realized value for users and stakeholders. Justin holds his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Louisiana State University, and is currently in the UC Berkeley Master's of Information and Data Science program.
