Dr. Kari Strobel is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in workforce strategy, talent management, and performance improvement. She currently serves as the Applied Research Lead at Vetergy Group, where she guides research focused on human performance and operational resilience. Kari’s background includes leadership roles with the Department of Defense, Deloitte, and the Society for Human Resource Management, where she helped shape large-scale workforce transformation and analytics efforts.
