ABOUT SHANNON
Shannon  is a Principal Consultant with DEKRA North America. She delivers expert coaching, learning and development, and management consulting to leaders at all levels. Shannon supports change management, safety and compliance programs, performance management, and other strategic and cultural initiatives.

She holds a Master of Arts in organizational leadership from Royal Roads University and two Bachelor's Degrees in education from the University of British Columbia.
