ABOUT MICHAEL
Michael has worked at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for 34 years. Michael began his career in operations at the Beaumont Chemical Plant. He progressed in his career by leading teams and serving as a Site Shift Manager for 18 years. Michael played a key leadership role in supporting startup operations in a chemical plant in Saudi Arabia. 

Given his vast operations and field expertise, Michael has spent the last three years serving as the Operations Excellence Coordinator. He has been successful in collaborating with the operations teams to establish operations discipline standards and applying emerging technologies such as mobile rounds to improve safety and operating performance.
