ABOUT RAWAN
Rawan El-Afifi has over 12 years of experience in the environmental field, with a focus on air quality permitting and compliance, and air dispersion modeling. Rawan currently serves as the Houston Office Leader for ALL4's Houston office. Rawan has supported clients in a variety of industries including large-scale chemical plants and refineries, for many states, with a specific focus on Texas and Louisiana. Rawan also has international experience as she spent 3 years in Abu Dhabi supporting a variety of environmental and energy projects. Rawan's role includes technical work as well as the expansion of ALL4's 4 technical practices into the Texas and Louisiana regions.
