ABOUT JOE
Joe Espinosa has over 30 years of experience in the environmental field with extensive experience in analytical operations, business development and project management working closely with both industrial facilities and environmental consultants.  Joe’s project experience includes groundwater monitoring programs, NPDES and RCRA support, PST/UST, Hazardous Waste analyses and both source emissions and ambient air monitoring.  

Joe has been with Enthalpy Analytical since 2021 and recently transitioned to a newly created role as Field Project Manager focusing on field support for HON MACT Fence Line Monitoring Programs.  Over the last 9 months he has worked with operations teams in Deer Park, TX and Durham, NC on several HON related fence line monitoring pilot programs along the Gulf Coast and has assisted with training of field personnel on new field requirements in accordance with EPA Method 327.  Joe is a U.S. Navy veteran and studied at the University of Houston.
