ABOUT KIM
Kimberly received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from DePauw University in 1996. She received her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis in 2004. She joined the company in Houston in 2004 as an experienced hire after serving in the United States Army Corps of Engineers and working for Deloitte. She served in various supply chain and manufacturing leadership roles within ExxonMobil from 2004 until 2016. She then moved to the Baytown Olefins Plant from 2016 until 2020 where she was the site Process Manager.
In October 2020, Kimberly became the Vice-President of Imperial Oil Chemicals and Sarnia Chemical Site Manager in Sarnia, Ontario and then expanded her responsibility to become the Sarnia Complex Manager in May 2022. Kimberly returned to Houston in April 2023 as the North American Operations Excellence Manager and then appointed Baytown Olefins Site Manager in August 2023.
Kimberly lives in Houston with her husband and two children. In her time away from work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family.
