ABOUT ANY  
Andy  holds an MS in Engineering -  Health & Safety Engineering discipline from West Virginia University.  He has nearly 35 years of experience in a variety of occupational health, safety and process safety roles in chemical manufacturing, refining and terminals, including over 10 years of process safety consulting for multiple clients. 

As a consultant he has facilitated over 30 PHAs and over 50 PSM audits and assisted with process safety program development for a variety of client facilities. 

Andy lives in West Union, West Virginia and enjoys golf and fishing in his spare time.
