Clarissa is a partner in Haynes Boone’s Environmental Group that advises clients on the full lifespan of complex regulatory and enforcement matters involving statutes such as the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA, FIFRA, TSCA, and Superfund.

With nearly a decade of experience at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, including service as Deputy Regional Counsel for Region 6, she brings deep agency insight and a practical approach to permitting, compliance and high-stakes environmental challenges.
