ABOUT RAB
Mr. Walker is an accomplished operations director with 15+ years of experience leading complex, high-impact initiatives across risk management and business transformation. He specializes in building scalable delivery models, improving enterprise efficiency, and aligning cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.

At ABS Group, Mr. Walker oversees a 100+ person consulting team. He has consistently driven year-over-year growth by optimizing resource utilization, enhancing delivery operations, and implementing structured performance management practices. He brings a systems-level view to operations, balancing strategic foresight with disciplined execution.

Mr. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from The George Washington University. He recently completed Harvard’s Data Analytics Program, further deepening his expertise in automation, AI, and performance analytics. He integrates engineering, business, and data capabilities to streamline execution, inform decision-making, and support data-driven scaling strategies.

Outside of his core role, Mr. Walker serves as a Governor-appointed board member of the Kentucky Emergency Management (KEM) Emergency Response Commission and on the board of the National Institute for Hometown Security.
