ABOUT TOMMY
Prior to HASC, Tommy spent a decade with Bayer Corporation (2006-2015), where he played a key role in shaping training and development initiatives. His expertise extends beyond safety training, as he is also a driving force behind leadership development programs aimed at cultivating influential leaders. His courses—Foundational Leadership, Insightful Leadership, Conquering Public Speaking, and Emotional Intelligence—are designed to empower professionals at every stage of their leadership journey.  

Tommy has partnered with leading organizations such as Phillips 66, PBF Energy, Nippon, Kuraray, and Indorama to develop and deliver customized leadership training solutions. His extensive credentials include certifications from Associated Builders and Contractors, the American Management Association, the Scaffold Training Institute, the National Center for Construction Education and Research, the Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils, Inc., and the Wisconsin Safety Council.  With a passion for impactful learning experiences, he continues to drive excellence in training, helping organizations develop safer, stronger, and more effective leaders.
