The Details
Seating Policy: Admittance will be first-come, first seated. For safety, attendees are not allowed to sit or stand in the back of the room. No chairs will be added. If a session is full, you will need to attend an alternate session. This does not apply to training sessions, which are pre-register only.
Minimum Attendance: Training sessions have a minimum attendance requirement. If a session is cancelled or modified, you will be notified prior to the seminar.
Agenda: Agenda subject to change without notice. Please check for updates at EHS-Seminar.com prior to arriving at the conference.
Cancellations: ONLY written cancellations received prior to May 21 will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds after May 21.
Substitutions: Substitutions will be accepted through May 31.
Information Accuracy: The information in this web site is current and correct to the best of our knowledge. Changes to speaker and session information will be posted on the web site as they occur.
Presentations: Attendees with valid e-mail addresses will be granted access to all presentations after the seminar.

Hotel Information
Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual. A limited number of rooms will be available at the TCC/ACIT EHS Seminar discount rate of $150. The deadline to receive this rate, if rooms are available, is May 14. After that date, all rooms will be released and we cannot guarantee rooms or the conference rate. No-shows and cancellations after 48 hours prior to arrival will be assessed one night's room and tax. Transportation
Transportation between both Houston Hobby Airport and Houston Intercontinental Airport and Moody Gardens is available at discounted rates through Galveston Limousine Service. To receive the discounted rate, attendees must contact Galveston Limousine Service by phone, identify themselves as EHS Seminar attendees, and make their reservations before June 4. Discounted reservations must be prepaid. Online transportation reservations will not be discounted.

Voucher Registration Rules
- Please register using individual attendee registrations if possible.
- Attendees registered by voucher will not have access to online presentations after the seminar.
- Each attendee registered by voucher must bring a copy of the registration receipt each day they attend.
Continuance of Certification and Certification Maintenance
Sign-up sheets for ABIH* CM points, BCSP** COC points, and PE Professional Development Hours (PDHs) will be available at the seminar. Certificates of completion will be sent following the seminar.
*The EHS Seminar qualifies for American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) Certification Maintenance (CM) points. Attendees will be granted 0.5 CM points for each full day they attend.
**The EHS Seminar qualifies for Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) Continuance of Certification (COC) points. CSPs may earn 0.42 COCs for each day of attendance (1.67 COCs for all 4 days).
