2021 EHS Seminar & Trade Show
2021 Floor Plan coming soon!
TCC is proceeding with intentions to host a 2021 EHS Seminar. Because of the unknowns associated with the pandemic, TCC will continue to explore contingencies for either a scaled down EHS Seminar providing for social distancing and/or the potential for a virtual option to provide education content for members.
We want to thank you for your patience as we continue to work with Freeman and Moody Gardens to update our 2021 floor plan to include social distancing and a flow that is safe for everyone.
For those exhibitors who opted to transfer their payment to 2021, you will be contacted first in order of priority points to choose your location. Once that has been completed, we will begin to market exhibit space for 2021. We do not currently have a timeline for when this action will take place.
Below is our pricing structure that we will honor for 2021 and the deadline dates for early bird pricing will be established once we have clear path forward. All pricing is per 10 x 10 booth space.
BOOTH SPACE PRICING
*Member rate early bird pricing:
Inline booth: $1500/Corner booth: $1700
*Non-Member early bird pricing:
Inline booth: $2,000/Corner booth: $2,200
*Member rate for standard pricing:
Inline booth: $1700/Corner booth: $1900
*Non-Member rate for standard pricing:
Inline booth: $2,200/Corner booth: $2650
A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your booth space.
Cancellation policy: All cancellation policies must be received in writing by emailing the Director of Education & Exhibits at email@example.com. There will be a 50% refund given (less the non-refundable $500 deposit) for all cancellations. Cancellation deadline date will be established at a later date.
Booth Pricing includes:
- 6' black draped table, 2-side chairs, wastebasket
- 1 - Electrical Outlet
- Standard black and white booth ID sign
- Pre- and Post-registration lists
- Listing on web-site, mobile app and printed program
- 2-registrations: 1-full conference and 1-exhibit hall only
- Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
- 2-drink tickets included for Tuesday and Wednesday night reception
*Your booth space does NOT include carpet. Carpet is required and exhibitor is welcome to bring in own flooring or purchase through Freeman in the exhibitor kit.
*Booth pricing and what it includes may be subject to change as we revise our program and exhibit hall layout to include a social distancing layout.
EXHIBITOR BADGE REGISTRATION
Exhibitors receive (1) full conference badge and (1) Exhibit Hall only badge with each 10 x 10 booth space. Additional exhibit hall only passes may be purchased at $175/each and additional full conference badges may be purchased at a discounted rate to our exhibitors for $1,085 (Members)/$1425 (Non-Members) through a TBD deadline date and $1200 (Members)/$1575 (Non-Members) through a TBD deadline date. Standard on-site registration rates apply after a TBD deadline date. .
If your company will have staff that need access to exhibit hall for installation and dismantle only, please contact the TCC office directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure we have you on a list for wristband credentials on-site.
