I want to make a difference? I am not satisfied and dissatisfied with the status quo? I acknowledge what is but inevitably ask, “What could be?” I realize that I don’t have to be in charge to have significant influence? I refuse to blame others for my circumstances and I take responsibility for finding solutions. I like and look for opportunities to bring people together and initiate dialogue. I value relationships more than tasks. I am a learner. I like to read, listen to podcasts, attend conferences, and ask other leaders lots of questions. If so, you are a leader—or well on your way to becoming one. Leadership is not about experience, education, or talent. It’s about the choosing to lead. Come and participate in this experiential presentation and explore leadership topics that are not frequently discussed such as; Appreciation, Trust, Humility, Authenticity, Empathy, Forgiveness, Passion and Love. This session is designed to assist you in reaching your true potential by providing you with tools that will enhance your leadership practices and skills.
