This session will provide an explanation of current and anticipated requirements for analyzing what constitutes a site (i.e., site aggregation analysis) and what constitutes a project (i.e., project aggregation analysis) for purposes of determining required New Source Review permitting for proposed operations. Any recent changes or clarifications to those analyses will be discussed. Current site and project aggregation analyses will be applied to hypotheticals, with attendee input/participation encouraged.
