As USEPA promised, Clean Air Act regulatory and policy changes are happening. Since December of 2017, we have seen a dozen or more significant changes to air quality policies and regulations. Some of these actions merely point to changes to come, while others are immediately effective, and there are more coming in the near future. With all of these significant changes taking place in such a short time frame, it is unclear to many companies how best to take advantage of the opportunities presented and where potential pitfalls lie. Our webinar series is intended to help attendees to leverage the entire collection of policy changes to shorten the air permitting cycle, reduce compliance costs/risks, and reduce capital project risks.
