In this workshop, we openly discuss the definition of Safety, Hazard Identification, Risk Tolerance and the Roles and Responsibilities of contractor leaders in our facility, among other topics. We attempt to develop a new way of looking at safety and recognizes the factors which influence risk tolerance and the context leading to the decision to tolerate risk. It is contractor led and owner-operator supported.
