To elaborate on the proposal for Life Without SSM, multiple regulations have had SSM provisions removed. Most recently with the Refinery Sector Rule, the SSM provisions were removed. As regulations are reviewed and reopened, which has been and will be happening with Chemical Sector regulations, SSMP provisions will be removed. This presentation will discuss implementation, what it means, and what we have seen in implementation including with the refineries.
