What's Beyond the Gap? Going Above and Beyond for a Zero Incident Culture
Harold Horne, Global Manufacturing Leadership Development Manager, Eastman Chemical
Expo A2
With the significant people and process safety gains made in our industry over the last decades, we now find ourselves in the “truly hard, nitty gritty work” stage. The intent of the presentation is to share my thoughts (and personal stories) on “what’s in the gap” between our current industry performance and a zero-incident culture. As we near zero (and the work is so hard), I want to personalize what’s in this gap in order to provide “fuel for the journey” for our leaders, safety professionals, and experts on our frontlines.
