This presentation will describe how a World Class refinery took a new approach to contractor safety and leadership engagement using a quantitative and qualitative scoring process and individual empowerment.
This presentation will provide insights into how this refinery took a contractor safety program to the next level in only a few months. With the implementation of this program, we have minimized incidents, achieved a major step change in contractor safety professional and contractor supervisor engagement, and implemented a real-time auditing process, accountability system, and a process to give contractors a communications channel to their owner company
