In this session, we will discuss historical factors that affected the different generations, what qualities are unique to each of these generations, and how this affects their participation in the workforce. There is extra focus provided on the behaviors and opportunities for getting the best out of the Millennial Generation and Gen Z who are just now entering the workforce.
