Far too often people make safety a priority. Priorities change moment to moment. To succeed, we need to change the way people think about safety, not as a separate act, but as part of every action. Making safety a value, rather than a priority we can integrate a belief in all of the actions and task that we all do everyday. While this takes time, it is far more effective in the long term.
